After spending 25 years as a chef in kitchens across two continents, I have decided to set up my own enterprise catering to the needs of other chefs. We are glad to introduce our new hotel breakfast line of premium jams , honey & maple syrup from “andrezy” France . It is an old traditional house , still making all jams in copper cauldrons with excellent quality , for all our high end clients.
